Manual Cylinder
The TBL-MPT and MO612 Manual Cylinders are used to provide efficient and economical means of stopping off mains for repairs, relocations or additions. The TBL-MPT has the capability of plugging a line from 2” to 4” with a bar reach of 28” and the TBLMO612 can plug 4” through 12” with a bar reach of 48”. Both models can operate at a maximum working pressure of 34 bar .
Hydraulic Cylinder
The TBL-ACT Hydraulic Cylinders are used to temporary isolate a section of a pipeline for maintenance (repairs or additions) without shutdown of the line. The Hydraulic Cylinders are used with the corresponding housings and plugging heads according to the diameter of the line. Covering a range from 4” to 48” with different control bar reach. The Hydraulic Cylinders have a control bar with a direct reading scale and sight hole enabling indication and control of the progression of the plugging head. Operation is made easy by way of the position of the control valve situated at the lower end of each Hydraulic Cylinder.
